Rivertown Brewery Silverback Snack Beer Review
Silverback Snack from Rivertown Brewery & Barrel House is dessert in a glass, a pint glass. This chocolate banana stout brings together white chocolate sauce and banana puree as additions to the mix of malts, hops, yeast, and water to bring about a pleasant what I would call a dessert beer. You are going to want many of these in succession mist likely because of the sweetness but one or two in the mix can work. Roasty, dark with notes of chocolate is to be expected, but that kick of the sauce and puree do take it over the top nicely. There was a nice smoothness with this beer, and it made one decent nightcap. It proved to be a nice find on a random beer run, and I would definitely drink it again. Check out the video to see and hear more.
