Golden Road Pico To Mexico Beer Review
Pico To Mexico from Golden Road Brewing is
a 4.8% Lager highlighted by the ingredients of lime, cucumber and a hint of a
habanero. In other words, a refreshing lager with a kick, and I think this ale did
offer just that. Although the IBU level is only at 18, so bitterness is at a
low. I found the beer to be light and clean with subtle flavors, and have a
nice feel of subtle heat along with somewhat of a saltiness in the taste. There
was also a little of what I would describe as a funkiness which most likely was
from the yeast. Despite this, it was decent enough overall to make it an okay
beer. Check out the video to see and hear more on this one.
