Well, I had one more cider left in my collection and again it is one from
Blake’s Hard Cider Company out of Michigan. This time it’s the
Cyser which comes in with an alcohol content of 6.9% ABV and is one of their seasonal offerings featuring a combination of honey and apples used in the fermenting with hints of bergamot and jasmine. Not sure what bergamot is but everything else sounds delightful for sure. So without further ado, check out my video here and let’s see what this cider has to offer.
