Kamikaze Kaleidoscope from Dark Horse Brewing out of Michigan is a Witbier offering from the brewer that comes in at a sessionable 8% ABV. At 16 IBU bitterness is not a concern, and its availability runs from May to August bringing in a desired refreshing quality for those warmer months. Brewer’s comments include that drinkers can expect a subtle flavors of orange and lemon along with a big mouthfeel from the wheat and a slight tartness due to the Wit used. What did think of this beer? Check out my video here to see.
