Lagunitas Citrusinensis Pale Ale Beer Review

The Citrusinensis Pale Ale from Lagunitas Brewing Company comes in at 7.5% ABV and 49 IBU, and takes Sanguinello Blood oranges and adds them to their DogTown Pale Ale for this citrusy beer. I found this one to definitely have a nice feel that allowed it to go down rather easily. The hoppiness is there as well as the dryness expected from a pale ale, and the sweetness is subtle with the orange citrus coming through although not as much as I was expecting. A light beer, I felt like I could easily chuck through this and a beer that can work on a warm or cool day. The texture for me had a slightly syrupy feel which isn’t as uncommon for me with this style, but a solid beer overall.
