Beer Review: Schlafly American IPA (AIPA)

Schlafly is based out of St. Louis, Missouri, and this is a
look at their American IPA or simply abbreviated, AIPA. This IPA comes in
nicely at a 7.2% ABV and also 65 IBU, and it was designed to release some big
flavors and aroma, so let’s see how it does. Key hops used include: Amarillo,
Centennial and Simcoe.
