A blog where I share my various daily reviews of beer and try to do so in an entertaining way while helping people find beer that they may want to try. Occasionally, I will also share various beer news items as well from around the beer world and offer my perspectives from here in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Hailing from the state of Vermont is Long Trail Brewing and I had recently picked up one of their beers, the Harvest Barn Ale which you see here. This is an American Brown Ale that comes in a low ABV of 4.4% and an IBU of 18. What I found can be seen in the video but overall, the beer provides a terrific aroma and a great appearance. The texture does run a little thin and that can be expected, however, the flavor makes up enough to definitely cover that. And by the way, they also use maple syrup in the fermenting which works well for it.
