celebratory ale. 100% Brettanomyces drie fermented, this dry-hopped wild ale came
in at an ABV of 6.8%. I am looking at this beer a year later, so it will be
interesting to see how it actually cellared over the time. They say it was
inspired by their trip to Belgium in 2006 and you know me, my attention was
garnered at Belgium. Let’s see how it does.
